4.1 There a certain postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain that may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items/services to such addresses. 4.2 Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods/services within the time we specify, we cannot always guarantee delivery exactly on time or accept liability for deliveries made outside the stated timescale.

4.3 All items/services are subject to availability.
4.4 When we deliver your items/service to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods/service to acknowledge that you have received them.
4.5 Please note that if you wish to return goods or are not satisfied with a service under our Approval guarantee, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods/service to either contact or return them to us.
